Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Coinweb Labs. As a leader in blockchain innovation, we are developing a protocol that redefines the digital landscape through decentralized technologies. We are looking for a passionate and strategic individual to drive growth, build partnerships, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
– Identify and establish partnerships with blockchain projects, enterprises, and other stakeholders.
– Foster relationships with key industry players, including RWA platforms, Web3 Games, DeFi applications and more
– Lead initiatives to promote and sell the Coinweb Labs’ offerings to founders and developers
– Develop proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential partners and clients
– Engage with the blockchain community, attending conferences, networking events, and speaking engagements to promote the protocol
– Work closely with the product and engineering teams to align business development efforts with the company’s technical roadmap
– Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategy

Requirements:
– Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors
– Strong knowledge and interest in the Web3 space
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
– Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt to a rapidly evolving industry
– Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities

Desirable Attributes:
– Have a technical background
– Already living in or is willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand
– Fluent in Thai
– Have experience working in a Web3 company
